Carlos Zambrano struggled in the third inning in Wednesday night's game, allowing four of his five runs and it might have been because of a significant injury. The Cubs' ace left the game in the seventh inning with shoulder stiffness, which has both fantasy owners and Cubs fans terrified tonight. Stay tuned.
