Last week, the Supreme Court refused to hear MLB's case against fantasy provider CDM Sports and its parent company. Though fantasy providers have always paid the player union a licensing fee to use players names, MLB wanted a cut of the million dollar industry. The end of this means smaller fantasy providers can offered to rejoin the industry.
