Tom Glavine Heads To DL With Strained Elbow

Tom Glavine left Tuesday's game with the Chicago Cubs after the third inning with a strained elbow. Atlanta jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but Glavine quickly gave up four runs and preliminary reports are that the future Hall-of-Famer will head to the DL in part because of the elbow injury and in part to just give his aging arm a rest.
