Fresno State defeated Arizona State, the number three ranked team in the nation Monday night, 12-9.  The game wasn't nearly as close as the final score indicates though, because ASU scored 4 runs in the bottom of the ninth inning.  Rounding out the CWS field was LSU, who trounced UC Irvine, 21-7.
