Dontrelle Willis returns to the Tigers' starting rotation tonight, but figures to struggle for wins because Detroit's offense is so anemic (the team has been shut out 10 times this season).  Be sure to watch carefully, and if Willis looks to have returned to his Marlins form, snatch him up.  But not a minute before then.
