Miami advanced to the College World Series by defeating Arizona, 4-2.  The stars of the game for the Hurricanes were Yonder Alonso, whose first inning 2-run HR set Miami ahead from the beginning of the game, and closer Carlos Gutierrez, who came into a pressure situation and saved the Hurricanes season.
