Homer Bailey, the Reds' top pitching prospect, was recalled Wednesday and lost his first start of the season a day later, 0-5, against the Phillies. The biggest knock against Bailey has been control, which he struggled with again, allowing four walks in 6.1 innings. But he figures to stay with the team for another start.
