Maybe the bar was set to high for Joba Chamberlain's first start of his major league career? The Yankee was greeted with a standing ovation before throwing a pitch, but was sub-par, tossing 62 pitches in 2 1/3 innings. Chamberlain's biggest problem was control - he walked four, and only threw 32 strikes - which was the big reason why he allowed two runs.
