Looking at their stats compared to the league averages helps show any stats that are unsustainable in the long run. A's .309 BA/RSP compared to a league average .271, which will be hard to sustain in the long haul and their runs will suffer when it drops. The Rays have a .277. Overall, their stats look doable for the whole season and, baring any crippling slumps, they'll be at the top til September.
