It's more than likely that if you're struggling in your fantasy league, you don't have any Tampa Bay Rays. Well it's time to change that. Here's some advice. Trade for starting pitcher James Shields, who, after last night's one-hit shutout, improved to 4-2. He has a 3.14 ERA and, more impressively, a 1.14 WHIP on the season. But the most important thing is that the Rays starting pitchers finally have a reliable closer, meaning those valuable Ws won't be squandered.
