Scouts around baseball are raving about Alcides Escobar, the next great fielding shortstop, according to Baseball America.  Escobar currently plays for the Brewers organization in AA, and while there's no questions about his fielding ability, as is the case with most minor league players, Escobar's success depends on whether he can hit in the majors.
