St. Louis pitcher Mark Mulder, who missed the entire 2007 season because of injuries, strained his rotator cuff earlier this week and was evaluated Wednesday by the team physician.  Although the prognosis was OK, Mulder will be rested for at least 10 days in what is considered a setback for the lefty.
