It appears that the Tampa Bay Rays have the potential to not finish last this year . Where exactly they will fall in the standings is somewhat uncertain because the Yankees will surely rebound and the Orioles may or may not continue to play decent baseball. With Toronto slipping further behind in last, the Rays have higher hopes this season.
