I feel kind of bad that the Cubs have turned into a Boston/New York type in the sense that I really don't like the players that they brought in. This list includes Lilly, Marquis and Soriano. I've found myself, over the years, to really grown to like homegrown talent, including nowadays - Marmol, Wood, Theriot (although not as much as other players). I don't know if anyone else feels the same way. Maybe that's what keeps Royals fans interested, besides their beautiful park.
