Frank Thomas, less than a week after his release from Toronto, signed with the Oakland A's Thursday. With the move, Thomas will return to his familiar role as the A's designated hitter, replacing the likes of Jack Cust and Mike Sweeney. Thomas's stock is significantly up this morning, so pick him up and hope he returns to his 2006 form, when he belted 39 home runs for Oakland.
