The Milwaukee Brewers activated starting pitcher Yovani Gallardo on Sunday to pitch in the day's game against the Cincinnati Reds. Gallardo, who has been on the disabled list since March 31 with torn cartilage in his left knee, made a splash last season as a rookie, going 9-5 with a 3.67 ERA for the young, talent-laden Brewers.
