Though these two fine young pitchers aren't technically prospects anymore, the Yankees' Joba Chamberlain and Red Sox Clay Buchholz are proving to be the futures of their respective staffs. Though it is far too early in their careers to tell who will shine the brightest, we can get some insight as to where they stand now and how they'll help their teams.
