Shaun Marcum needs ligament replacement surgery in his throwing elbow, and the Blue Jays starter will likely miss all of next season. Marcum left his start against the Orioles on Tuesday after feeling soreness in his right arm. He was 9-7 with a 3.39 ERA this year.
