As they desperately try to stay in the chase to win the worst division in baseball history, the Arizona Diamondbacks have named Chad Qualls their new closer . Qualls replaces Brandon Lyon, who has 26 saves this year but has recorded an 11.57 ERA since the All-Star Break.
