According to a recent piece by SI.com's Jon Heyman, despite having the best record in the league and looking like the favorites for the World Series, the Angels are going to get better in the off-season. This is the case because they are currently one of the only teams who can afford CC Sabathia.
Sabathia, as you already know, is in the running for the NL Cy Young, and has been the biggest reason why the Brewers are in the Wild Card lead. So this is something to keep an eye on.
