Well, Tommy John surgery looks to be in Albert Pujols' future.  And not once he's done playing in the big leagues.  Like this off-season.  The game's best offensive player has been suffering from right elbow problems throughout the season, but has stayed in the lineup in the attempt to keep his team in contention and with the MVP.
