rating the best free agent signings from last season. And since I'm a sucker for lists, I think that you all should be too. ESPN.com, however, doesn't seem to be too pleased with the signings that occured. They rank Torii Hunter, who signed for 5 yrs./90 million with Anaheim over the offseason, as a B. Hiroki Kuroda, closer for the Dodgers, is rated as a B-. Also included on this list are Aaron Rowand, Scott Linebrink, Kosuke Fukudome and Andruw Jones.
