Cubs ace Carlos Zambrano left Tuesday's game early with soreness and had his arm examined on Wednesday. The test was inconclusive because he did not undergo an MRI, but at the least, he will miss his next start against the Reds on Sunday. The Cubs are currently on top of the NL Central but there is no doubt that Zambrano's presence is needed to make a run in the post-season.
