The Padres released two veterans, Tadahito Iguchi and Brett Tomko, Monday in the attempt to kick-start their youth movement. Taking their places will be second baseman Matt Antonelli and pitcher Wade LeBlanc, who both played in Triple-A before being told of their call up on Friday. They will be available Monday night against the Dodgers for the first game of their three-game set.
