To say it's been a bad year in the Clemens household is an obvious understatement. First, Roger Clemens was named in the Mitchell Report, only to sue Brian McNamee, who then came up with a great deal of seemingly damning evidence about Clemens. With this out in the public, the pitcher then blamed his HGH use on
his wife, who he said needed the banned substances for a photo shoot. And the rest has been well documented on this site. Well, the year got even worse for the Clemens' Sunday night, when Koby Clemens was arrested with two others after a disturbance at a restaurant in Virginia. And while the penalties Roger's oldest son faces aren't as serious as dad's, it's still another stain on the family's name.
