It's been well documented around the internet that many of the players acquired in Michael Lewis' Moneyball draft have struggled in the aftermath of the large expectations that were placed on them by the book. Specifically, there's the case of Jeremy Brown, who had an entire chapter dedicated to his hitting prowress, but has sinced retired from the game. Now, that's not to say that the book didn't have successful players in it (specifically, Nick Swisher, who was a great player for the A's before being traded to the White Sox this past off-season).  But in the attempt to follow-up for those interested in Moneyball, Lewis will return to the subject of his popular book, and write a five year retrospective on the players who were a part of Moneyball.
