J.D. Drew left Sunday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays in the third inning with tightness in his lower back. There is no word yet on how serious the injury is, but it does not appear that Drew will have to miss any significant time. However, A few games off could be beneficial for the Red Sox OF, given that he is currently in a 6-31 slump.
