Hideki Matsui, less than one month ago, was thought to need season-ending knee surgery. But Matsui chose to delay the surgery (which he will likely undergo in the off-season) and rehab his knee. The Yankees' left fielder has seen a great deal of progress in that knee over the last month (especially over the last week), which was capped by Sunday's announcement that the former All-Star will return to the Yankees Tuesday in Toronto.
