The Philadelphia Phillies acquired 36-year-old LHP Scott Erye from the Chicago Cubs Thursday in exchange for a minor league pitcher. Erye has been a solid reliever throughout his career and currently holds the Cubs record for consecutive scoreless appearances at 33.
