The Dodgers announced on their website Monday that Brad Penny will come off the DL Friday to make his first start since injuring his shoulder in the middle of June. Penny has struggled throughout the season (evidence being a 5.88 ERA), but he will be an interesting option for owners to consider if he is indeed healthy.
