According to ESPN's Jayson Stark, the Rays will not make any trades before the deadline expires at 4 p.m. ET. The reason is that Jason Bay is reportedly a part of another trade (possibly the Jays, apparently), and the Rays could have Adam Dunn if they would like, but that would make their line-up to left-handed dominant.
