It looks like John Maine will miss at least two weeks because of shoulder soreness that forced him to abbreviate his start Monday. Maine acquired the injury in his previous start, but also feels that he could pitch through it. But with the Mets' hopes for a World Series, the team is expected to skip Maine's next three starts to ensure that he is healthy for the September and October.
