As most predicted, the Braves placed both Chipper Jones and Tim Hudson on the DL Monday. Hudson's injury - ligament damage in his right shoulder - seems to be much more serious than Jones' hamstring injury. The injuries to arguably the team's two best players figure to force Atlanta to give up on this season and be sellers at the deadline.
