Our apologies for the glut of Cubs posts, but Rich Hill struggled with his control once again. Over five innings, Hill walked five batters but only gave up one hit in his win. It's safe to say that his quality stuff is still there, but, as the Cubs have said, it's the mental aspect of Hill's game that's lacking. Another reason for the lack of hits in the minor leagues is that the hitters simply aren't that good. Stay tuned for continuous updates about Hill's minor league performance in the coming weeks.
