According to ESPN, Mark Cuban made the cut in the Tribune Comapny's selling of the Chicago Cubs. Cuban, who already owns the Dallas Mavericks, apparently was able to piece together a package of $1 billion for the Cubs, Wrigley Field and other properties that the company owns. The report, which is all fans will be receiving because of the Tribune Company's refusal to comment on the sale of the NL Central leaders, says that at least three made the $1 billion cut. Stay tuned for more updates throughout the season.
