Roy Oswalt is still on track to return to the Astros' rotation July 28th after throwing a successful bullpen session in Houston Wednesday.  Oswalt threw 40-50 pitches and felt fine, Houston's web site reports. Oswalt has struggled with injuries this year, which could be the big reason why his ERA's an unusual 4.56.
