The second game of David Ortiz's stint with the Portland River Dogs went better for the other team. Connecticut Defenders' center fielder, Ben Copeland went 5-6 with 6 RBI's. Pable Sandoval also drove in 6 runs and extended his hitting streak to 13. Ortiz, on the other hand, went 0-4 and scored one run, but he did bring in a full stadium of 7,368.
