David Francis was breathtaking last night - striking out 16 in six innings of the seven-inning rain-shortened game. The most impressive thing was that Tuesday night was only the 20-year-old's third starts in the Atlanta Braves' organization. In addition, over 23 innings in the minors, Francis has struck out 35 hitters.
