Both fantasy owners and Oakland A's fans must be wondering: 'Where has 28-year-old Brad Ziegler been the entire year?'  Which, considering Ziegler broke the record for most consecutive scoreless innings to start a career (23 2/3) Tuesday night against Tampa Bay, seems like a valid question. Ziegler's streak is still in tact, and would be a good option if fantasy owners need to lower their WHIP, ERA or pick up holds.
