Yankees celebrated catcher Jorge Posada was placed on the 15-day dl on Monday and said he only experiences pain when he throws. That would be fine if he played for any other team, but the Yankees have a roster full of first basemen who double as designated hitters, and with no arm, those are the only places where Jorge wouldn't be a liability.
