Just one night after the extremely exciting (and long) MLB All-Star game, the Triple-A's equivalent matched it. The Pacific Coast League scored six runs in the top of the ninth inning, and then was able to hold on to their lead and narrowly top the International League, 6-5. Matt Brown, who plays for the Salt Lake Bees, was named outstanding player for the PCL, while Indianapolis Indians' CF Andrew McCutchen won the same award for the IL.
