With Ryan Church on the disabled list because of the after-effects of a concussion, and Moises Alou unable to stay on the field because of an ongoing calf injury, the Mets are seeking a corner outfielder. On top of their list is Xavier Nady, but the more realistic options seem to be the team trading for Randy Winn or Raul Ibanez.
