St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Mark Mulder will make his first start of the year against the Phillies. The lefty hasn't started since September and made two relief appearances recently. He hasn't earned a win since going 6-7 in 2006. Mulder won't likely return to his Oakland form, but he will help the Cardinals compete in the Central.
