The Rockies placed Jeff Francis on the DL Thursday with shoulder inflammation. The good news for Colorado (and fantasy owners) is that Francis is pain free, and he actually said that he could go out and pitch if the team would let him. Taking his place Thursday will be Mark Redman, who fantasy owners should avoid at all costs.
