For a pitcher who began the season as a viable fantasy option, Rich Hill sure has taken a nose dive in recent months. His low point seemingly occured Tuesday night, when Hill lasted 1/3 of an inning, surrenduring five runs on one hit and three walks. The Cubs are considering shutting Hill down to let him clear his head.
