The Oakland A's announced they are planning to sign 16-year Michael Inoa, a pitcher from the Dominican Republic. At 6-foot-7, 210 pounds, and a fastball in the mid 90's, Inoa appears to be worth the $4.25 mil the A's dished out for him.
