It's baffling that even though the Brewers' Manny Parra has won seven of his last eight starts (including Saturday night against the Twins), only 21.4% of ESPN fantasy leagues own him. In addition to his high win total, Parra also has a 3.95 ERA and a 1.55 WHIP, so pick him up.
