After Miguel Batista's disappointing outing Wednesday night, he told the press that he's been pitching through some injuries and that's why he did so badly. But neither interim GM Lee Pelekoudas nor interim manager Jim Riggleman know anything about it. Nothing good comes from pitchers keeping injuries secret. No word yet on if he's really injured or just covering his behind.
