Last week, it has appeared that Rangers' 1B Hank Blalock would be activated from the DL by the team this past Monday.  But in recent days, Blalock has been struggling with his surgically repaired wrist, and now, according to the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram, Blalock doesn't figure to return until August.
