Tampa Bay Rays' prospect Jacob McGee will miss the remainder of the season - and much of next season as well - after undergoing Tommy John surgery.  The elbow injury occured in the Double-A pitcher's most recent start, where he only lasted two innings against the Mississippi Braves.
